Welcome to the Web page of Polish Ex-servicemen’s Association, Branch No. 5 in Canberra, Australia.
This Web page is made of few parts containing information about our Branch, our goals and history. We’ll continue to inform you about our current and future events.
Our main goal is to create new way of fast and effective communication with all of those who are interested about our organisation and what we do. We would like to reach all of you.
We are hoping that this Web page will serve as place of contact between you and us. We encourage you to frequent visits since we are aiming to extend the coverage beyond the Ex-servicemen’s group and reach the whole Polish Community in Canberra.
The Polish Ex-servicemen’s Association exists for over 50 years and have contacts and long standing traditions of close co-operation with variety of Polish and Australian organisations. Our organisation earn over time trust and recognition for all our work and our principles.
Since the main goal of our organisation in supporting the process of regaining the Independence of Poland was fulfilled, we now decided to implement changes in our activities. We recognised that now is the time to open wider to the whole Community, when still continuing to promote culture, history and achievements of Poles and Poland.
We are inviting you to keep visiting our Web page. We are hoping that the next generations of founders of this organisation will continue work of their fathers and mothers. Work which must not be wasted since your fathers and mothers dedicated hours of their time to built and support this organisation.

We are confident that together with full dedication of younger generations we are able to confirm and even make stronger the recognition of Polish society in our new country – Australia. Together we can do much more and have more people benefiting from our work.
