Walne Zebranie w dniu 12 listopada 2011 roku

Na zebraniu becnych bylo 30tu członków upoważnionych do głosowania oraz dwie osoby nie upoważnione do głosowania. (Ksiadz Henryk Zasiura i Pan Kustra).

Na zebraniu obecny był również adwokat Pan Greg Walker, który wyjasnił przebieg sprawy w Sadzie (ACT Supreme Court) oraz odpowiadał na pytania członków z sali.

Zebranie poparło wysiłki Zarzadu jak i adwokatów, firmy 'Chamberlains' w sprawie zwrotu pieniędzy
jak i sztandaru, mebli i karatotek Koła, które były wysłane do Zarzadu Krajowego w Brisbane bez zgody członków Koła Nr.5 w Canberra.

Na zebraniu wybrany zostal Zarzad Kola, ktory ukonstytuowal sie nastepujaco:-

Zebranie jednogłosnie uchwaliło poniższy wniosek przez aklamację:

This Annual General Meeting of Members of the Canberra Sub Branch of the Polish Ex-Servicemen's Association,
noting the concensus resolutions of the Special Meetings of 9th March 2009, 20th May 2009 and 1 November 2009
which clearly expressed the decision to continue Sub Branch activities, after the sale of the Sub Branch lease
at 15 Moore Street, demands the return of all records, office equipment, furniture, library books,
Sub Branch No 5 Standard and other possessions to the Sub-Branch.
This is a community organisation independently incorporated under ACT law and all individuals,
whether former members of the Committee of Management of the Sub-Branch or the National Executive
of the Association, retaining such possessions without legal entitlement and/or obstructing
the return of such possessions to the Sub-Branch will be held personally responsible for any loss of,
or damage to of above mentioned items.
